🙌 Hollywood and historical associations have produced many myths and misconceptions about hypnosis, but let me assure you of a few key points: Ultimately all hypnosis is self-hypnosis in that you remain in control, you choose which suggestions you’re receptive to, how deep into trance you go, and when you come out; it isn't sleep, it's not truth serum, and you can't be stuck in trance. The truth is we all live in various forms of trance already, hypnotherapy helps you to intentionally enter deeper levels of trance and utilizes the very natural state to achieve your desired goals.

I’ve been taking leap after leap to live the lif

I’ve been taking leap after leap to live the life that makes me feel most alive. it’s terrifying and exhilarating. It’s rewarding and fulfilling while also full of feelings of failure and shame. There are many parts of self at the table I’ve come to learn. And with greater awareness of all the parts of myself at play at any given time, I become more attuned to my essence, my soul, my higher self.
Any sense of failure and shame comes from a part that aims to warn based on stories and programming installed by past experiences, and it indicates where transformation is needed.

It can feel foolish and selfish at times to orient to urges and organize on the basis of imagination, yet once you discern the difference between ego in service to spirit versus the other way around, it becomes more clear how to marry logic and discipline with intuition.

Living in alignment with ones highest calling and truly taking responsibility for the lifestyle and vocational design required to uphold that takes everything. Yet it gives everything worth having too.

From the microcosm of my life to the collective consciousness of our world today, we are in the midst of saying goodbye to an old era as we birth anew.

“The pleasure of what we enjoy is lost in wanting more” is a proverb I’ve loved for years because it helps invite grace in the face of impermanence. The beauty of impermanence is that “this too shall pass” with regards to the pain and plight of our human experiences. Yet so do joys. It’s ebb and flow. Yet spirit is greater than the vicissitudes, our spirit endures through the source of all.

Showing up through thick and in thin must be our number one commitment. Some challenges last longer than others yet the only way to make it pay off it to keep showing up. “If you’re going through hell, don’t stop!”

If you’re having to let go of something or someone you’ve cherished, give yourself permission to grief knowing that expression of love enhances your connection to an even more expansive bliss to come.

While we must check our insatiable cravings for “more” - wanting more is a natural part of evolution and what propels life forward. Here’s to striking a balance between striving and arriving, grief and gratitude, strength and surrender.
